		World's first "A Space Urban Disaster Prevention System Relativity Theory" has been studied and advocated as the purpose of considering for human being’s lasting prosperity not only the earth scale but also the space. 　Moreover, It does not only ask for illusive urban space, but the new research technique. For that purpose, it is necessary to predict thousands of years from now and to theorize what should be accomplished now. 　As a result, this advocated basic theory is the "A Space Urban Disaster Prevention System Relativity Theory", and I think that LSDPS’s mission and purpose are to succeed to the future researchers.
