The subject of research which continues forever
		“A proposal for the Construction of a space urban disaster prevention system relativity theory”as the world’s first research of Masakazu Kawai’s original idea was presented at the International Astronautical Federation, 56th International Astronautical Congress, October 17-21, 2005 Fukuoka Japan. This "A proposal for the Construction of a Space Urban Disaster Prevention System Relativity Theory ", is an indispensable theory as conditions that try construction in order to keep evolution of human beings and the environment of the earth. This theory collects four elements; time, space, distance, and space disaster including astrophysics, space science, space engineering, aeronautics and astronautics, space astrophysics, space astronomy, space medicine, space psychology, space environment system. For thinking about the complicated space city formation, it is very important that the four elements are evaluated simultaneously. 　This research needs the very long area of investigation over thousands of years to search for the unknown area and has focused as the starting line. Also the writer becomes the team leader of research, advocates to the scientist in the world widely about the result of this research, and is striving for exchange of an opinion positively. From now on, the subject of research that limits all the places of a paper and opinion exchange to the international organization, the American university research institution, and the public research institution, and continues eternally is considered.
